Hand and Paw 30-Day Refund Policy

Ever since Hand and Paw’s founder was a young child surrounded by pets, she has had a strong sense of family values. She carries those family values into her business, where she treats her customers and their fur-children like family.


Hand and Paw wants you to experience the benefits of our premium PCR hemp oil products. If you use any of our products for 30 days and aren’t completely satisfied, we will insist that we give you a full refund.


At Hand and Paw, we don’t like strict rules, so we’ll give you a 15-day grace period on top of the 30-day return policy.


We made it easy to request a refund.  Simply send an email to, fill out our contact form or call us at 800-779-8699 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm EST excluding holidays.  If more than one (1) of the same product(s) were purchased in this time frame, then the remaining unused and unopened products may be returned using the printable return label we will email you.


Are you returning any Unopened Product? Please check the following:

  • Returned items must be unopened and sealed, in original packaging.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with your order number or the original packing slip.

  • Use USPS to ship your returned product.

We generally ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site. We generally ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website.


Hand and Paw requires a signature at delivery for all orders with a value of $250 or more.   Requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping  cannot be processed on this web site.


Hand and Paw may also ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to checkout through the site if the ship to address is invalid. Customers from the United States can expect to receive their order within five (5) to ten (10) business days after it has been shipped. Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. 

Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. Hand and Paw is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government of outside force. 

Term Of Sale: 

During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase, included in these terms of sale, is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing cannabidiol from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complying with FDA regulations and as none of these products have been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to the extra benefits of CBD (cannabidiol). ​
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the shipping and refund policy. 

Damage During Shipping:

We understand mistakes do happen and we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are quality tested and inspected before leaving our facility.   Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information with pictures of the damaged product within that time frame. 


LOST PACKAGES: If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), Hand and Paw will not be responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,”  which means U.S. Postal Service or the courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address.  If the tracking information says delivered, yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that you check with housemates, family or neighbors to see if they received the package without telling the intended recipient. This scenario happens fairly often. 

If it’s still missing, please have your tracking number available and  contact USPS to report the missing package and then contact us at with the USPS response to see if you are eligible for a replacement.
